Investor return: all investors capital and interest was paid to them June 2018.

General update:

-Wholesale review of plans and re design in line with market expectations has now been completed.  Plans have been submitted and we expect consent to be granted by mid-February.

-CGI work for marketing purposes is scheduled. Once these are received we can start marketing the development. We will then proceed to find a buyer prior to start of construction.
