2014 has been a fantastic year for The House Crowd so far, and whilst we’ve been helping our property investors climb the property ladder, we’ve been nominated for yet another award! We really are grateful and pleased that all of our hard work and dedication as innovators in the world of crowdfunding and property investment – bringing power to the people – is being recognised.

We are pleased to announce that The House Crowd has been awarded Gold in the Financial Services Company of the Year category at the globally recognised International Business Awards, aka, the Stevies. If you’re not too familiar with the Stevies awards, they are the world’s premier business awards programme. All individuals and organisations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2014 IBAs received entries from more than 60 nations and territories.

Nicknamed the Steviesfor the Greek word “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the Westin Paris – Vendôme Hotel in Paris, France on 10th October.

There were over 3,500 nominations and we came out top and were selected by over 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.

Here are a few words from our MD, Frazer Fearnhead. “We are truly blown away by this global recognition for The House Crowd.

The House Crowd has succeeded in injecting people power in to the once ‘elitist’ UK property market. A recent survey of our investors showed that 67% felt cut off from property until a service like ours came along – we have brought property investment to the masses. It appears what The House Crowd has to offer may also be popular on an international level.”

And if things couldn’t get any better, the official award ceremony will be held in Paris, as we mentioned before! We’d better brush up on our French and we’ll be sure to take a few snaps along the way!

So, if you would like to join the world’s number one property investment crowdfunding company as an investor, then register with The House Crowd today.
