We like numbers at The House Crowd, and we think you’ll like these too.

Things are slowly beginning to improve in the housing market.

Construction sites are gradually reopening and since the UK Housing Secretary, Robert Jenrick announced that house viewings and moves could resume back in mid-May, we have seen property enquiries surge.

In fact, Right Move recorded its busiest day ever on Wednesday 27th May 2020, surpassing 6 million visits. Many estate agents and removals companies have recommenced business also indicating that the property market could be gearing up for a swift ‘bounce back’.

We are now seeing the onset of the release of many months of pent up demand. And as the property market’s floodgates open, we’d like to share some positive news with you too.

In May 2020 we returned over £271,000 of investor capital, all of which relate to some of the Buy 2 Let SPV stock.

This means we have now returned an impressive £7,730,380.00* of interest/dividends cumulatively to our investors since we started business in 2012.

Please see below a summary breakdown of our performance statistics in 2020 and cumulatively to date. To see a comprehensive breakdown of our performance statistics to date click here: https://www.thehousecrowd.com/learn-more/performance-stats-page
