Work on site commenced: August 2017

Status of development: Work on site is now complete.

Sales update: As of 13th August 2019, there are 2 units left to sell as a purchaser dropped out. 3 units are reserved and the sales have now completed on 5 units.  Another sale completed early August 2019 with 2 more sales set to complete by the end of August 2019.  For the other reserved units, we are waiting on such issues as mortgage offers to be issued.

Fund Raises/Investor return:
Fund Raise/Phase 1- 10% (all capital repaid to phase 1 investors)
Fund Raise/Phase 2- 10% (as of 17th May 2019 all capital has been repaid to phase 2 investors)
Fund Raise/Phase 3- 10% (we commenced repaying investors in phase 3 their capital on 17th May 2019 and are continuing to do as sales complete – a payment was made 5th August 2019 with the next scheduled for 14th August 2019).
Fund Raise/Phase 4- 8.5%

Investor capital repaid:

All phase 1 and 2 capital has now been repaid as of mid-May 2019, and we have commenced paying phase 3 capital as sales complete with the latest payment being made 14th August 2019.  Investors will be emailed when it is their turn to have their capital repaid – please note as a rule earlier investments are repaid first.

Also note we cannot commence paying out interest until all capital across all phases has been paid as interest can only be paid out of profit and a development is not in profit until all capital has been repaid.

Build update: The build is now complete and as of the end of June 2019 final quality checks are being conducted prior to the units being occupied.
